Medical Insurance

Students have a choice of comprehensive medical plans. The university provides a generous subsidy for employee and dependent premiums. If you are covered by other health insurance, you may be eligible for a per month cash benefit. For new hires, coverage begins on the first of the month following or concurrent with your date of hire assuming all completed forms are received by Benefits Administration within 30 days of your hire date. Students also have dental insurance coverage.
