Nuclear Magnetic Resonance and Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Core Facility
The NMR and EPR Core Facility is administrated by the Lumigen Instrument Center and is located in the basement of the A. Paul Schaap Chemistry Building. (Hover image with your mouse pointer to pan the lab image)
The Core Facility consists of two NMR laboratories:
- Room 40 is the main lab housing five Agilent/Varian high field NMR spectrometers and one Bruker EPR instrument.
- Room 53 houses the Bruker 700 MHz NMR spectrometer.
The NMR/EPR Core Facility provides NMR expertise, consultation, and technical support for university research,
local industrial applications, and nearby academic partnerships. Nearby conference rooms and classrooms are available for consultation and training purposes.

Trained and authorized users have 27/7 access to the Facility using university OneCard access.
The NMR/EPR lab manager is Dennis Anderson (office: room 43).
