Career Opportunities in the Pflum
Lab |
Postdoctoral Position Available
A
postdoctoral position is available in the Pflum
laboratory focusing on protein post-translational
modifications and kinase enzymes.
This NIH-funded project aims to characterize
kinase activity in a cellular context by exploring
kinase ATP cosubstrate promiscuity. The
ideal candidate has a Ph.D. in protein biochemistry,
molecular biology, and/or cell biology.
However, applicants with a Ph.D. in related areas
of chemistry or biology will also be considered.
Strong leadership and communication skills are
desired. Please send a CV and a summary
describing research experience to
pflum@chem.wayne.edu. For information on
the Pflum lab's kinase ATP cosubstrate
promiscuity project, see;
