Request for Help to Register on Pipeline - Form

If you are having trouble registering for a chemistry course please fill out the pipeline registration help form and bring it to room 273 of the Chemistry Building. The department will need to contact you, so please make sure to always provide either your e-mail address or your phone number. All requests will be evaluated within 12-24 hours.

Requests include the following:

• Adds and Drops
• Enrolling in Closed Sections
• Time Conflicts
• Major Restrictions
• Exception to Enrollment Policy Requests
